The dual RJ45 uplink ports allow installers to maintain continuous local streaming to a Network Video Recorder (NVR) and an on-premises core gateway switch simultaneously without consuming any downstream PoE capacity. The integrated SFP slot enables long-distance fiber connection to distant server rooms, multi-story distribution points, or inter-building campus switches without the 100-meter physical boundary of standard copper wiring. Fully compliant with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at auto-sensing standards, the switch provides up to 30W on individual ports with an expansive total system power budget of 150W, comfortably handling high-draw pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) dome cameras, Wi-Fi 6 wireless access points, and VoIP terminals.
