 Quality Assurance is the process of checking whether the product developed is fit for use. For that, Nexus processes every product and measures the standards to be followed to improve on a periodic basis. we concentrate mainly on the quality of product/service that we are providing to our customers during or after the implementation of software or hardware.

Identification of customer needs is the first step of our quality assurance we follow.

Lifetime support

 A true lifetime warranty does not expire. If you find anything wrong with the product, at any time, you can return to us and receive either repairs or a replacement at no charge or minimum charge. it could be 7 years later and we would still honor you if you have the warranty we provided you to show the proof of purchase, along with the warranty information. The warranty also survives transfer of ownership, so long as the original proof of ownership exists. We also offer to repair or replace your product in case anything goes wrong.

Nexus is a computer clinic to help you get your Laptop or computer repaired fast. Computers need to be tested to see what is wrong with your computer. We do extensive testing on each internal computer part of your computer. The test will reveal the part that is not working at the time of analysis. 

After the testing, we will call you to tell you what is wrong with your computer and the price to get your computer fixed. We will start immediately if you decide to have repairs done great. If you choose not to have your computer fixed, there is no charge. You will have to come to pick your computer up.  moreover, If the repairs are more than the laptop is worth, we will tell the customer and let them decide what is best for them. There is no charge for the diagnosis. We would instead take your money and put in a new computer. If you decide to buy a new computer we can transfer the data from your old computer into the new one.

Replacement warranty

We are obliged to replace or repair the products that you purchased from us if they fail to function as promised. We guarantee our customers the quality of their product and what compensation will be given if the product does not perform as advertised. it certainly has some exceptions to them that limit a manufacturer’s obligations. Such exceptions may include:

• The warranty’s expiration date.
• The product is not being used as intended.
• The product is resold after purchase.

A warranty is a guarantee from Nexus that if our product fails to meet certain specifications, a remedy is available for our customers. 

Returns within 15 days

Nexus values its relationship with customers and offers the option to return most products customers purchase directly from Nexus within 15 days. Our customers can return eligible products for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid. This return policy applies only to purchases directly from us. If your purchase qualifies for a promotion offered by Nexus that extends the return period for a specific product, the return rights and obligations included with the promotion will apply to your purchase.
